Carewise Hospice, Inc. is a hospice care provider located in Oxnard, California. We provide special care for people who are terminally ill. This involves a team-oriented approach that addresses the physical, medical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of the patient. We also aim at offering support to the patient’s family or caregiver.
Our Mission
To enhance the quality of life for the person with limited life expectancy and to assist the family in coping with the suffering of the patient by providing the highest level of care possible as perceived by our patients and their families, in a cost-effective environment.
Our purpose is to care for our patients and to support their families and friends. We aim to give the most appropriate and efficient treatment to our patients, to assist in the relief of their physical and emotional suffering, and to help them lead an acceptable and fulfilling life in their home or in the hospice.
